Ámsterdam, año 2017, la ciudad del turismo desenfrenado, sexo, drogas y Rock & Roll. Una ciudad sumida en el placer, donde las leyes han cambiado, menos duras referente a la sensualidad, una mentalidad mas abierta más cambiada que lleva a hombres y mujeres a desinhibirse en lo que se podría llamar la ciudad del sexo.

Esclavos, sumisos, bailarinas exóticas y otros placeres otorgados por un grupo de amigos que un día tuvieron una visión y montaron ese local que ha dado a la ciudad mucho dinero.

Pero en una ciudad donde todo ha cambiado, la gentes también han cambiado, las mafias de trata de esclavos se ha incrementado, el tráfico de drogas, la delincuencia, todo ha aumentado en Ámsterdam, agentes de la ley que intentan parar a las mafias y acaban siendo sobornados en una ciudad que a la vez que placentera es corrupta.
